Max Willett

Business Development Director/Mixologist

Max Willett, a University of Tampa graduate and lead bartender at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood of Tampa, has teamed up with Renowned Hospitality as the business development director.
Max excels in creating outstanding guest experiences and is an expert in building strong business relationships.

With over 14 years of hospitality experience, he has cultivated a unique knowledge for craft cocktails and has been recognized in competitions as well as private mixology events.

Jordan Hoeffner

Catering Chef

Jordan Hoeffner joins Renowned Hospitality with over 15 years of hospitality experience. She has served as a private chef, perfected restaurant operations, and has curated cocktail and menu selections for a variety of cutting edge restaurant concepts.

Jordan Hoeffner has a bachelors in public and cultural communications from Tampa’s University of South Florida and an Associates in culinary arts.

Our recommendations for your event

“We recommend allowing our renowned hospitality team to service all catered events. Although, we offer a “Drop off only” service it truly adds to the guest experience when we are able to stay and ensure the upkeep of the display and the freshness of the food. This also allows you to enjoy your event while we accommodate the guest for you.”

“We recommend one bartender per 50 guest. Any party over 65 guest must utilize an additional bartender. We guarantee you renowned hospitality service while creating superior guest experiences and must be able to serve every guest in a timely manner.”


All pricing is subject to a minimum of four hours

Tipped Service professionals

$20 per hour

Book ten or more service professionals at a discounted rate of $18 per hour


Non-Tipped Hospitality Service Professionals

$20 per hour + $200 flat rate for every four hour window


Barbacks and Cocktail or Hors d’oeuvre Waitresses
$20 per hour + $150 flat rate for every four hour window

Though the staff is one of the most important parts of an unforgettable event, having the proper amount of product to serve your guest is vital. Let us ensure your party is equipped for success by creating your shopping list for you. We will even pick it up and deliver it!
